WELCOME TO OnDUBttN

Everyone Welcome to the Opening Day of the freshest, hardest, and most analytical Dub/Electro/House site yall Heads ever seen.  We are here to bring you the headbangers you desperately deserve on a Daily Basis.  Enjoy what we have in store, and make sure to grab these songs and share em' with all your friends.  It also doesn't hurt to post the link on your Twitter or Facebook either!  Enjoy Y'ALL!

Coffee And Cigarettes

"The goal for these two posts is to give you a jam for two distinct phases of listening:  solo or crew.  The moody remix of Demons, by the british electro band Fenech-Soler, represents that pocket of dub that's best for your chill moments.  If you're the type of listener that seeks out the Whomp first thing in the morning, this is Track 1 for your coffee and cigarettes.
And although there's no bad time to raise the tempo, one should probably wait until he/she is with the right group to fully enjoy Pink Elephants.  This track has all the elements of Dub that make the already-apprehensive hate the genre even more (which translates to "gold" for hardcore Dubstep fans):  Comic relief in the sample; steady buildup...You can judge the drop/ensuing laser-knife fight on your own."

BASS, BASS and even MORE BASS

Its opening day for all you dub heads out there and I am not going to disappoint.  First at bat is OMEGA, (truly my cleanup hitter) with Bedtime Stories.  Imagine Barry Bonds on a roid rage merkin’ balls in batting practice…well; this is the song he would do it to.  Push the play button, throw yo headphones on, and give it a matter of seconds before you're blown the fuck off your seat.  If you’re not a true Head then this song may not be for you, otherwise…Enjoy the Filth!

Well, needless to say Im not gonna hit any of you off with some pussy ass dubstep….So here comes BASS POWA by Will Bailey and Figure, released by SIMA records less than a week ago.  This song is COLD as fuck and can only be described as what caused the recent Japanese earthquake.  If I was in Jurassic Park I would played this shit and literally blown the Velociraptors brains apart.  If the Death Ray needed a theme song this would be it.  You get the fucking picture now turn this shit up and piss your neighbors off!

Bad Food, Worse Weather, Hard Dubstep

Artist: Atomic Dubstep
Track Title: Harakiri
Release Date: 3/18/11
Genre: Dubstep

Ben Fadero, (Atomic Dubstep) is a 16 year old upstart producer hailing from across the pond, in dreary old england. This teenage wunderkind only started producing 8 months ago from his home in Burgess Hill, a small town outside London. He originally started listening to dubstep shortly after Marie Anne Hobbs began carving apart the UK airwaves with the bass heavy jams of early dub artists. Fadero sites the likes of well known wobble bass samurai's such as Datsik, Excision and Vaski for his inspiration, and it is quite apparent in his aggravated, robotic, wobble bass dominated steez. He is an accomplished drum and guitar player and will be taking his grade 8 examinations in both. He has predominately worked by himself up until this point, but has recently started collaborating with OnDUBttN favorite, RyLegit. As we look forward to that release everyone brush up on their Bushido, and bust out your Katana 'cause Harakiri's gonna make you cut ya guts out.

Dance Suggestion: Grasp imaginary samurai sword with both hands and go to battle! Make sure to take large sweeping steps while rotating on pivot foot in traditional Seventh Samurai styli. Think Blade in a Kimono!
